2. Services

Lancaster County Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to: window cleaning, carpet cleaning, office cleaning, retail cleaning, short-term rental and hotel cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and construction cleaning in Lancaster County, PA and surrounding areas.

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. All services are subject to a formal agreement or quote confirmation prior to commencement.

3. Quote Requests & Appointments

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding service agreement. A confirmed appointment is established only after direct communication with a Lancaster County Cleaning Services representative and mutual agreement on scope, pricing, and scheduling.

We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and will provide reasonable notice when doing so.

5. Access to Property

By scheduling a service, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to the property and that all occupants or relevant parties have been informed of the scheduled cleaning. You are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to our arrival.

6. Liability

Lancaster County Cleaning Services will exercise reasonable care when performing services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improperly secured or inherently fragile items. Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.

7. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or quote. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge for services rendered even if the client is not present at the time of service.

8. Website Use

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse this website or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

9. Changes to Terms
